Here is my Project Life for this Month:
This month I got a lot accomplished. I do 1 month at a time and was able to get Mar. and Apr. done. Last year I started out doing a 2 page layout a week, and then went to a 2 page layout every 2 weeks. It felt like to much pressure, so this years goal was to get as much recorded each month as possible. I don't have a limit to how many layouts I do per month, but to tell the story of that month. I am feeling very little pressure, and am enjoying the process. I still struggle with how much time it takes to re-size photos and do some editing if needed. That's the part I don't enjoy.

Here is my Project Life for this Month:
I have a little confession. This month I didn't get much of anything done but taking pics and putting them in the right place on my computer. I've been a bit unhappy with my prints from ShutterFly. They sent me out two sets of prints and both sets are off size wise. Not a true 4*6 I also noticed that my post from last month never went live. So you get to see them this month. Things do go wrong, just breath and move on.
*** How I organize each layout ***
1) Layout pic's on top of page protecters.
2)Pick out any paper or cards I need
3) round corners and slide in all 4by6 phots
This month(Feb) I have a 2 page layout and a 8 1/2 by 11 insert
4)Add the smaller photos to cards, journal, and any extra cute stuff.(gems, washi tape, letter stickers, doodling)
5) Look at everything and decide if I need anything else. Done:)

Here is my Project Life for this Month:Last year I started doing weekly layouts, and then went to bi-weekly. My aim is to capture as much as possible but not to add tons of filler cards just to take up space. I felt pressured to keep up and not fall behind, and it started to be a bit much. So,like Becky Higgins says this is your memory keeping system so do what works for you. This year I have decided to do a Month in one layout and add an inserts if I have more. I printed all pics from home this month. I tend to go back and forth on this. I notice that when I print from home I never get behind, but when I wait for prints it interrupts my flow and throws me off. Are their others out there who feel the same way?
Some special moments this month include a pair of ankle boots my daughter has been wanting for over a year. Her cuddling with her new baby cousin, and her and I working on art journals together. Just the everyday.
January's layout.

Organized for Poject Life 2013
Hello Everyone,
Last year was my first year for Project Life and boy did I have a lot of fun. After looking at how I did things, I have made some changes to make it work better for me. I have learned that doing weekly layouts is to much stressful and for me. My plan is to do bi-weekly or monthly layouts with a two page spread. The whole idea of project life is to make it work for you. I have also made a Project Life planner to keep everything in, and to sketch out my layout plan,I did go back and add a label under the Pr in Project so you can read it better. This was not my original idea, all thanks goes to Mish Mash check her out she is truly talented. Here are some pic's of my planner and my storage of PL.

# 2 of Top Five Projects
Hello Everyone,
I have been working a lot with my Silhouette Cameo machine and I tried my first print and cut. It was a lot easier then I thought and I love the results. I printed a Studio Calico file of labels that I bought, and cut them with my machine. Pull up you print file in the Silhouette program. Now trace these images and set it to cut outer edge. Turn on your registration marks and now click on the print button in the program. Make sure to check your printer settings for the type and size of paper you are using and click print. Next line up the print out on the mat the same way it appears in the program. Load and press cut.
If you have any questions leave me a comment.

My 5 top Projects
Hello Everyone,
I am so happy to be posting again. I needed a long break to get back my mojo. I never stopped creating but this time it was just for me. My goal is to post once a week to keep you up to date with what's going on in my creative mind. Here is one of my top 5 projects I have been working on. This is my Project Life page for wk 44-45. I decided to combine two weeks on one layout and this is half of the layout. This is also the first time I did everything digital. I will print this as a 12by12 and add to my PL album. I most say it was really nice not having a complete mess on my desk while doing this layout, but I know i love the fell of paper and all the products so I will never go completly digital.

Steam Punk Blog Hop
Hello Everyone,
Come Hop with us as we explore the world of Steam Punk with these digital stamps from CopicmarkerScrapbooking. They were drawn by the owner Colleen. My special letter for this Hop is G so make sure you go to all the hops in order to get the special word and you will have a chance to win the new set of Copic Colors. Everyone who completes the hop will win all the digital images.
These images are very playful and fun to color. I started with the gorgeous Owl. Owls are my daughters favorite so she had to have some input on this project. She gave her full approval on the card and colors used. I used these colors: E44 with Atyou spica clear on top for the metelic feel, E23,E25,E29 body of Owl,C1,C3,C7 gears,E31,E33,B97,B99 for the belly. I was really happen with how this turned out.
The next project is this really cool hot air balloon.I used these colors:RV95,RV93,BG70,BG45,W3 for Hot air balloon and basket E44 and clear Atyou spica for trim.
You should have come from Dianes Blog and your next stop is Guy's blog. If you get lost along the way the Hop starts at Making Our Mark
Have fun.
